Travis Motley, DPM, PRESIDENT, Colleyville, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2017]

Travis Motley, DPM of Colleyville, TX is a Podiatric Physician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He is a member of the American and Texas Podiatric Medical Associations and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Motley volunteers with NiŮos de la Frontera, a charitable mission in Mexico that provides podiatric care for children. His past appointments include positions on the attending staff, Medical Practice Committee and Orthopedic Department Research Committee at John Peter Smith Hospital. Dr. Motley received bachelor's and master's of science degrees from Texas Christian University and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University. Dr. Motley was first appointed to the Board by Governor Perry on March 23, 2007. He was reappointed to the Board and appointed as President by Governor Perry on September 14, 2011.

James Michael Lunsford, DPM, VICE PRESIDENT, Spring Branch, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2019]

James Michael Lunsford, DPM of Spring Branch, TX is a Podiatric Physician in private practice and currently a teaching attending physician for training on the West Houston Podiatric and Kingwood residency programs. He is a member of the American, Texas and Harris County Podiatric Medical associations, a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, an associate of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and International College of Podiatric Laser Surgery. He is also a past member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and Gulf Coast Podiatric Residency Foundation boards of directors, is past chairman of the Foundation West Houston Surgical Center governing board, a charter member of the American Academy of Podiatric Microsurgery and American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics, and a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine and American Society of Podiatric Dermatology. Dr. Lunsford received a bachelorís degree from the University of Houston and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Lunsford was first appointed to the Board by Governor Perry on September 24, 2008. He was reappointed to the Board by Governor Perry on March 14, 2014.

Joe E. Martin, Jr., DPM, SECRETARY, College Station, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2019]

Joe E. Martin Jr, DPM. of College Station, TX is a senior staff Podiatric Physician for Scott and White Clinic of College Station. He is past president and a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and also a chartered organization representative to the Boys Scouts of America Sam Houston Area Council. Dr. Martin received a bachelorís degree from Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his podiatry residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Martin was first appointed to the Board by Governor Perry on September 24, 2008. He was reappointed to the Board by Governor Perry on March 14, 2014.

Brian Carpenter, DPM, Paradise, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2017]

Brian Carpenter, DPM of Paradise, TX is a Podiatric Physician at The Bone and Joint Institute. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a board member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and a board member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Foundation. He is a Professor at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in the Department of Orthopaedics in Fort Worth.  Dr. Carpenter received a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. Leslie Campbell, DPM, Plano, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2021]

Leslie Campbell, DPM of Plano, TX is a Podiatric Physician in private practice at Presbyterian Hospital of Allen. She is a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, American Podiatric Medical Association and Dallas County Podiatric Medical Society. She is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and the American Professional Wound Care Association. She volunteers for Boy Scouts of America and is a judge for the American Podiatric Medical Association Scientific Affairs poster contest. Dr. Campbell received a Bachelor of Science in biology from Stonehill College and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Campbell was appointed to the Board by Governor Abbott on January 6, 2017.

Renee K. Pietzsch, DPM, Georgetown, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2021]

Renee K. Pietzsch, DPM of Georgetown, TX is a Podiatric Physician and owner of Central Texas Foot Specialist. She is a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association, a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She volunteers for the Parkside Elementary School PTA and St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and formerly volunteered for Medical Mission at Home. Dr. Pietzsch received a Bachelor of Science in nutritional science from Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Pietzsch was appointed to the Board by Governor Abbott on January 6, 2017.

Mr. James Michael Miller, Public Member, Aledo, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2019]

James Michael Miller of Aledo, TX is a retired police supervisor for the City of Fort Worth Police Department. He is a past member of the Fort Worth Police Officer Association board of directors, and a member of the National Police Officer Association and Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas. He is also a public safety supervisor for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. He is a member of the Divers Alert Network and vice president of Code Blue Citizens on Patrol Golf Charity. Mr. Miller received a bachelorís degree from Texas Christian University. Mr. Miller was first appointed to the Board by Governor Perry on September 24, 2008 as a Public Member. He was reappointed to the Board by Governor Perry on March 14, 2014.

Mr. Fred E. Davis, JD, Public Member, Austin, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2017]

Fred E. Davis, JD of Austin, TX is presently a practicing Attorney and Mediator; he was formerly an Assistant Attorney General of Texas under General Crawford Martin. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas and the Austin Bar Association. He is a Charter Member, Deacon and former Deacon Chairman of Austin Baptist Church.  Mr. Davis served in the U.S. Navy as a member of the Judge Advocate General's Corps. He received a bachelor's degree and a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Davis was appointed to the Board by Governor Perry on September 14, 2011 as a Public Member.

Mrs. Chakilla Robinson White, Public Member, Katy, Texas [Term Expiration: July 10, 2021]

Chakilla Robinson White of Katy, TX is a group Vice President with DaVita Inc. She is a member of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2009 and a former member of the National Kidney Foundation Board of Houston, White Rock Lake Conservancy Board and Garland Road Vision Committee. Additionally, she is a former mentor for the Dallas Chamber Young Professionals program. Mrs. Robinson received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Wellesley College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Ms. Robinson was first appointed to the Board by Governor Perry on March 14, 2014 as a Public Member. She was reappointed to the Board by Governor Abbott on January 6, 2017.
